1. Report a bug

Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Include your device model, your OS version and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings. A screenshot helps more than a description.

2. Report a wrong answer

Send the question text and what you believe the correct answer is, ideally with a source. Question corrections go out with the next update. These reports are genuinely welcome — the explanations are the part of the app we care most about getting right.

3. Restore a purchase

Open Settings inside the app and choose Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you bought with. If that does not work, email us the receipt from Apple or Google and we will sort it out.

4. Cancel Pro

Subscriptions are cancelled in your store account, not in the app: on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Delete your data

Settings inside the app erases everything held on your device, including your progress. To have anything held on our side erased as well, email us and say so — we will confirm when it is done.

6. Suggest a question

Good questions come from people who know the place. Send us the question, the four options, which one is correct and a one-line explanation, and we will consider it for the next question drop.
