A round is ten multiple-choice questions on a countdown timer. Correct answers in a row build a streak that multiplies your XP, so consistency is worth more than any single hard question.
The rules
Ten questions, four options each, one clock. Easy gives you ten seconds a question, Medium seven, Hard five. The faster you answer correctly, the more the question is worth.
Correct answers chain. Two in a row is worth more than two separate right answers in a broken run, which is why the biggest scores come from steady rounds rather than heroic guesses.
Use the lifeline late, not early
The 50:50 removes two wrong options. Free players get one a game, Pro gets three a round. The instinct is to burn it on the first question that looks hard — resist that. Its value is highest deep into a streak, where losing the chain costs you the multiplier as well as the point.
Read the explanations
This is the single habit that separates players who plateau from players who keep climbing. Every answer, right or wrong, comes with a one-line explanation. Those lines are where the next round's questions come from — the pools overlap by design, so a fact you read today is a point you score next week.
Play the room
A private room takes up to fifteen people on a shared code, all answering the same questions at the same time. It changes the game: solo you are playing the clock, in a room you are playing whoever in your family insists they know everything about the region.
