Open the app → Settings (gear icon) → Account → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

If it still doesn't restore, sign out and back into your Apple ID in iPhone Settings → Apple ID, then try again. If the problem persists, contact us.

Pro unlocks: unlimited daily games (vs. 3 free), all 8 Balkan regions, Hard mode (5-second timer), full regional leaderboards, and priority access to new question packs.

Available as a weekly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase — whichever suits you best.

On your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Balkans Quiz → Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll keep Pro access until it expires. We don't issue partial refunds — that's managed by Apple.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Balkans Quiz purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple typically resolves these within a few days.

A new set of 10 hard questions is released every day at midnight. Every player gets the same questions on the same day — scores are posted to today's leaderboard.

Daily challenges are a Pro feature. Complete challenges on consecutive days to build your daily streak.

You earn XP for every correct answer. Consecutive correct answers build a streak that multiplies your XP (up to 2× on Hard mode). Every 100 XP levels you up.

Reaching level 5 unlocks Hard mode for free users. Higher levels unlock profile badges visible on the leaderboard.

The free tier includes 3 games per day, which resets at midnight. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited games every day.

Tap any region card in the "Other Regions" carousel on the home screen. Free users have access to one region — upgrade to Pro to unlock all 8.

Your XP and level carry across all regions.

Open the app → Settings → Danger Zone → Reset All Progress. This clears your XP, level, streak, and game history from your device.

This action cannot be undone. It does not cancel your Pro subscription — only game progress is erased.

Inside the app: Settings → Notifications and toggle off "Daily Reminder".

Or go to your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Balkans Quiz and turn off Allow Notifications.

Try these steps in order:

1. Force-close the app and reopen it
2. Check if there's an update available in the App Store
3. Restart your device
4. Delete and reinstall the app (your Pro status is linked to your Apple ID and will restore)
